OWNA Portal & App
We use OWNA Portal and App to create and share learning with parents.
OWNA allows educators to plan, set goals, prepare learning documentation and create your child’s learning portfolio. The App and website allows parents to feel more involved in their child’s day by providing daily information on their learning and experiences.

OWNA has the following features:
Child Learning Portfolio
You can view your child’s portfolio online at a convenient time.
Educational Plan
See can view the Education Plan for the learning experiences plans for the day and week.
View Daily Journals
The daily journal outlines what happened during the day in your child’s room, including any spontaneous experiences enjoyed by the children.
Learning Observation
You can read your child’s individual learning observations and also read group learning observations and see how your child interacts with others.
Child Reflection Report
Educators prepare a Child Reflection Report at the end of each year for each child to provide parents with a summary of their achievements against the Early Years Learning Framework Outcomes.
Daily Wellbeing Information
Your child’s daily wellbeing informaiton is recorded and published on the App for you to view. Information is recorded when your child nappy is changed, sleeping and has a meal. This information help you plan you home routine.
